Xiamen Kingmoo Industrial Co., Ltd. manufactures compounds based on PA, PP, PC, ABS, PBT and specialty polymers. 15 production lines, 50,000 tonnes per year, consistent quality batch after batch.
PRODUCTS
Grades we manufacture
We select and modify the material for the application: glass fibre reinforcement, flame retardancy, impact modification, UV stabilisation and custom colouring.
PA6 / PA66 Polyamide
Structural polyamide with high strength, abrasion resistance and heat resistance. PA6 and PA66 compounds for injection moulding and extrusion.
PP (Polypropylene)
Chemical resistance, low density and good processability. Glass-filled, flame-retardant and low-temperature grades for injection and extrusion.
PBT / PET Polyester
Balanced stiffness, heat resistance and dimensional stability. For connectors, electronics housings and automotive electrical parts.
PC (Polycarbonate)
High impact strength and clarity, heat resistance up to 120 C. Optical and structural grades, including flame retardant.
PC/ABS Alloy
PC impact strength combined with ABS processability. For high-gloss or matt cosmetic parts and large thin-wall housings.
ABS
Glossy surface, impact resistance, easy colouring and stable processing for large housings and cosmetic parts.
PPO (Polyphenylene Oxide)
Dimensional stability, heat resistance and low water absorption. PPO/PS and PPO/PA alloys for precision parts.
PPS (Polyphenylene Sulfide)
Continuous service above 200 C, high chemical resistance and inherent V-0 flammability. For the most demanding parts.
PPA (Polyphthalamide)
High heat resistance and calcium chloride resistance. Metal replacement in hot, loaded assemblies.
Biodegradable materials
PLA and PBAT based compounds for packaging and disposable items, meeting compostability requirements.
